Yes. I think it was supposed to start 1600 PDT, and end something like 0900 PDT tomorrow. I'm not sure those were the exact stated times, but I'm close.

Power for the entire Space Sciences Laboratory will be off overnight to
diagnose electrical problems in a nearby facility. We will start bringing
our systems down tonight at 16:00 PDT (23:00 UTC) and back up around 09:00
PDT tomorrow morning (16:00 UTC). Web sites, data servers, etc. will all be
offline during this time.
