set up will not open

    after downloading file for windows the error in reading appears as i try to open it .went back and redownloaded same file and overwritting the existing file with same results how do i correct and install the screen saver to my system
    thank you for any help in this matter

      You need to tell us a little more about where the problem is occurring. Is it the BOINC 5.2.13 Installer file that has failed to download? Or have you installed BOINC and are not able to attach Einstein? Also, are you having any other computer or internet problems?
