Starting perhaps a couple of hours ago, there are multiple symptoms:
1. long delays to load pages on the message boards.
2. some work requests get response Scheduler request failed: HTTP internal server error
3. other work requests get response Message from server: Server can't open database
4. some result uploads get responses like Message from server: Completed result p2030_53995_04255_0033_G63.04-02.74.C_1.dm_345_1 refused: result already reported as success

Just in case it might help me avoid wasting computation on results to be rejected later, I'm disabling communication for the one host on which I run BOINC 5.10.45.

Bernd has announced that all remaining S5R5 tasks are to be inserted into the database - see this thread.
He did say "in the next few days" but perhaps it has happened already and perhaps things are sagging under the extra load.
