All CPU jobs currently segfault on two of my PCs running Debian Buster. Since Buster hasn't been released as stable this is not really a big issue yet I suppose, but the full freeze is in a month or so.

GPU jobs run fine.

Example: h1_0360.25_O1C02Cl2In0__O1OD1_360.45Hz_491_1

<core_client_version>7.14.2</core_client_version>
<![CDATA[
<message>
process got signal 11</message>
<stderr_txt>
putenv 'LAL_DEBUG_LEVEL=3'
SIGSEGV: segmentation violation

</stderr_txt>

Please try going to Project Preferences and setting "Run Linux app versions built with LIBC 2.15" From 'No' to 'Yes'. See if that helps.

That did the trick. I'm one

That did the trick.

I'm one of the developers on one of the applications running on LHC@Home. On recent versions of Debian and Ubuntu we also get segfaults when building with the GNU compiler. This only happens when we link the BOINC API, and it segfaults on file access. I will test this there as well.
