All your results show the same error:

"Incorrect function. (0x1) - exit code 1 (0x1)"

G**gle found this interesting piece from the BOINCzilla page.

I quote:

"Posted by: ******
Date: 7:43 AM 02-24-2005 Okay, it sounds like another program is intercepting the calls the manager is making to the core client.

I've only seen this happen twice, once was on David's computer when Mozilla decided to listen on port 1043, and once on my computer when my DNS server was listening on 1043.

I need you to run the following command:
netstat -a -o

Look through the output until you see:
:1043

Then look all the way to the left and the last number that you see will be the process id of the process that currently owns port 1043.

Next startup Task Manager switch to the processes tab and enable the PID column, and tell me which application currently owns 1043.

Were you trying to look at BOINC running on your computer from another computer?

The message:
2005-02-24 01:56:01 [---] GUI RPC request from non-allowed address 192.168.0.5

Looks a little funny."

So do as described and check, if port 1043 is used by some other application.
Only BOINC must use this port.
