Seeing how you have 303.48MB of memory, I assume your video card is embedded on the motherboard, so it's integrated. It then uses the CPU and main memory for showing video and video memory.
A Cyrix CPU isn't the best of CPUs by itself, but now it's also taking care of your graphics. I doubt it can even do much 3D OpenGL, but run the dxdiag tests above anyway and report back, please.

When I disable the password protection the screen saver is nothing more than the BOINC Logo bouncing around the screen.
What happend to the Astronomical Sphere?
I've been searching for the past 40 minutes minimum, but I am afraid that the SiS 630/730 all in one integrated chip doesn't support OpenGL for Windows (all in one means it's got VGA, Audio, LAN, IDE and USB functionality onboard, all in a single-chip solution).
There is an OpenGL wrapper for Linux, specially written for X by someone, but that's of no use. This Wikipedia article shows what it can do. OpenGL is really missing. Maybe that someone wrote an OpenGL wrapper for XP (there's mention of it on the internet, but even that one I can't download), but there's none in the original drivers.
So are you sure you saw the screen saver before? It wasn't on another PC or using another video card?
Yeah I'm sure it was on this computer it's the only one I have and I have been running Einstien for a feew weeks on it now and once I implimented the password protection it quit on me.
So from what I understan there is no quick fix for this problem then?
Download OpenGL Geometry Benchmark 1.0. It's only 100KB. Place it on your desktop. When it's in, run it. Leave everything available, click the Launch button.
If it starts up and runs through all its options, you have OpenGL capability. (when you exit it by clicking the X in the top right corner, click Cancel so it doesn't send the log home).
If it doesn't even want to start... you don't or you are missing a driver.
Please tell me the error message.
And as the next step go Start->Search, type in opengl (that's GL at the end) and search your system for drivers. If you have one or more Opengl32.dll files, you do have the OpenGL driver. Please rightclick on the file in C:\\Winnt\\Systems32, properties, Version tab and tell me the version number.
