    It's still running with no progress for about 2 hours.
    This is Task 233357507, workunit 98873373 on computer 4128680.
    I'll allow it to go on for the next few hours as I'm curious - I've never seen such an error before.
    What should I do if it stays stuck - abort?

        Thanks for reminding me the simplest solution.
        The task finished, and the server accepted it as completed.
        I forgot that Windows XP needs restarting every couple of days anyway - it accumulates errors and trash.
