Why do the h1 & l1 C6(CasA) data files keep building up and eating away at my allotted disk storage space for BOINC? I cleaned them out almost 2 months ago by running Einstein WU dry and doing a Project Reset. But, the are back again.

Thanks for any help.
Ron

EDIT
Sorry for the rehash of this problem, I did not realize the post about High Disk Usage was about the same problem. How much disk space should I allow BOINC and Einstein to use? How large can these CasA data files get?

S6 (CasA) h1 & l1 data files building up again!

If you want to contribute to the CasA search, I think roughly 500 MB is about the absolute minimum at the moment, 1GB would be something I'd recommend as a minimum, as this will grow a bit more as the run progresses to higher search frequencies.

The other E@H searches have far smaller requirements, tho.

Data files with a frequency in their filenames below 800 Hz will not get reused and if you have many of them and need the space, a project reset to clear them out can be useful.

Cheers
