I'm using a nonconductive coolant in my loop, if I get a leak I'll have an oily mess to clean up but no fried hardware. Cost's only $20/qt and it looks like I'll be able to get ~1.5 fills/bottle. At 2 coolant changes/year it's not that expensive.

My cpu is now at stock voltage but I've had mine running Prime95 stable at higher clockspeeds with higher voltage. I was limited by heating of the northbridge not the cpu. Some active cooling there and I would feel comfortable about uping it again.

Any possibility of klugeing a fan over top of it? Depending on location, a flattened expansioncard slot cover might give you a long enough arm to hang a fan overtop. Any old fan out of your junkbox should do there.

only$20 per qt? What type system are you using? I'm using 1 TT Big Water and 3 of the Evercool systems. I wonder how my flimsy pumps would handle anything other than water.

Shrug. Way cheaper than a leak frying several hundred bucks of parts. The label doesn't say exactly what's in it, dangerden doesn't say and I'm not able to find an MSDS sheet online, so I'm swagging on it's contents based on feel and (lack of) smell. It's a really light oil and flows freely not something thick and viscous, probably partly other stuff since it's only nonconductive at the 0-12V DC of the electronics. IT would short and smoke the PSU +-178V
I'm using the swifttech MCP350 (the small pump) because my raid (drives and controller card) ate too much space to fit a larger pump anywhere in the case. My original plan was to use the internal koolance kit, and it wasn't until after I'd bought the case (done ~3mo before cpu ~6mo before h2o kit) that I did a bit of research and found something more capable for the same general pricerange.

I have a invalid result on this wu. Yeah I know, it's an old news app but it seems to be the fastest to date for this computer.
already tried the version

Yes, just put it on today. Getting ready to post my results on that thread. Thanx.
