Result not uploaded

I recently finished a E@H WU (2304979) on host (217888), but this WU didn't get uploaded.
I think the problem is related to my 'Connect to network about every' parameter which was set to 0.01.
Now 3 events happened nearly at the same time:
1.) computation reached 99%, the 'Connect to network about every' parameter came into account and a new WU (2280194) was fetched.
2.) the last percent of an E@H WU is processed very fast (any special checking at the end of the WU I think). So the WU finished.
3.) The finished WU was paused and an other Boinc Project got the CPU
This processing I have seen some times and it finished without problems - after having downloaded the new WU the other project is paused and E@H resumes.
But now it is the second time that when E@H resumes it tries to start the just finished WU!
But this WU is 100% complete! CPU utilization goes down to 5% (normal processing on my host, no Boinc project selected).
I also find following messages:
in STDERR.TXT:

and the file 'boinc_finish_called'.
But the WU is not uploaded at all.
