Resending Lost Tasks

My Ubuntu 18.04 PC with 1950x and GTX 1070 + 1070Ti has recently gone from 18.04 to Mint 19 and now back to Ubuntu 18.04. Upon adding the project back I keep getting some lost tasks over and over again even with No new work set. Why is the server doing this? They all end in a download error.

The logs are from the 2nd attachment of the project to the client. The tasks were downloaded several times with NNW.
