This looks like a problem to me.
The task was sent out May 27 and on 1 host timed out today and was resent out, twice. Who ever reports first, if valid get credit, the other host will just waste electricity.

As you've shown the _1 result timed out prompting the server to create a resend.
What's not shown is that the _0 result also timed out, so prompting the server to create a resend, then ~3 hours after the deadline result _0 was reported and is now showing as "Completed, waiting for validation".
The first result of the 2 resent tasks will probably validate the WU and so deem the other unnecessary although it will receive credit if it's returned before it's deadline.
