Have not been able to get new Work Units for the last 3 days since going to BOINC for Windows 4.45.

This appears to be happening with other projects as well but not always. Has anyone else played with the "No New Work" - "Allow New Work" feature?
Have tried restart - reboot - reset - detach, no luck!

Requesting 0 Seconds of Work?
)
I run S@H and E@H. I have updated to boinc 4.45. E@H cache runs empty and only S@H requested new work. So i stopped S@H, and E@H autmaticly requestet new work. Then i restarted S@H.
Don't now why E@H runs out of work but this was my solution.

I have the same problem

I have the same problem running 4.45 with SAH and EAH. SAH downloads fine (except preferences, but that's another story) when the project runs, but EAH doesn't. They only way I found I can force a download from EAH is to suspend the SAH project (selecting Suspend from the Projects tab).
However, these new units don't appear in the Work window. The newly downloaded EAH WUs seem to appear only when all the previous EAH WUs have been finished and uploaded and the SAH project is suspended. All too weird!!
I have delusions of mediocrity

This is normal operation for the new scheduler due to the debt of each project you are running. See BOINC wiki debt for more information on the work scheduler details. It should sort itself out over the next couple of days.
