Yesterday I installed new hardware in my machine along with its accompaniing drivers and software. This meant the computer to be shut down und restartet several times. Since Bionc autostarts I stopped each time the Boinc manager and client in order to not have any programs running during installation.
When I later looked at my Einstein@Home account I was wondering why over a hundred of work units were scheduled as "aborted by user". They must have been downloaded shortly after the operating system started and must have been aborted afterwards when I shut down Bionc. Requesting new tasks I got the message from the server "No work sent, reached daily quota of 120 tasks, projects has no jobs available". Now my machine is going to run out of tasks.
How can I avoid this reaction of the server? How can I shut down Boinc whithout aborting tasks?

Why does Boinc abort the tasks it just downloaded and send a message to the server like the one above, instead of keeping these tasks until Boinc will be working properly again?

Maybe your computer clock was set on date in the future so BOINC thinks the "deadline has passed"?
When you do hardware changes (or even video driver uninstall/reinstall if you do computing on GPU)
it's always a good practice to avoid BOINC autostart.
To do so you may use:
MsConfig (from Run prompt, disable BOINC in Startup tab)
or:
Autoruns

BOINC Manager - Options
Run Manager at login?
(but this not always is working for me (meaning - entry for BOINC in the registry Run key is not removed))

If you change an option like that, you have to exit BOINC Manager manually in order to flush the changed setting into the registry.
If you allow BOINC Manager to be closed automatically (e.g. by a Windows restart or by the BOINC installer), the registry is not updated and the change is lost.
Personally, I think it's a bug, and it's been reported as such, but I've almost given up on getting long-standing bugs like this fixed.

What "daily quota of 8 tasks" does it talking about?! 8 hours means only 6-7 CUDA WUs completed on my PC, what should my GPY do all other time 'till the next day?

You could check its hardware and driver versions, because it errors out on every single task, which BTW is the cause for your low quota.
