Currently the only tasks they are capable of are Binary Radar Pulsar Search with the cpu.
To farm credits with them: here are the numbers
- Each task takes around 8 hours
- 4 threads so an avg of 2 hours per task
- Each task yields 62 credits so 744 credits per day
Power consumption per credit
- Power consumption at load: 6.8 watts / 552k joules per day
- 744 / 552k = 134*10^-5 credits per joules
Comparing this to x86/x64 processors, theres too much variability
