I'm getting messages that I've reached my daily quota of results, but actually, none have been sent.
However, looking at the results list for that client, I show 8 in progress units that I never actually received. Is this the same "ghost WU" problem that has affected other projects with BOINC 4.43?

I have the same problem. And with all my computers. (some at home and some at work)
I had to restart the computers to finally get a WU (unless I reach the maximum).
It show that I have over 20 WU in progress but I have never receieved them.
I am using Boinc 4.43. All the computer are running Windows XP SP2.

That should be partially fixed in 4.45. One hole that was causing ghost workunits has been plugged. The complete fix will be a couple of revs down the road and will require server updates as well as client updates.
