I was wondering if there was a way I can chance BOINC to run automatically when I start my computer? Someone has been shutting down my computer and they don't turn BOINC back on so is there a way I can do this?

I would try reinstalling Boinc and at the end of inst. klick in the box for
start Boinc at computer startup. (something like that)

Put a link to Boincmgr.exe in your StartUp folder (if Windows). That will startup Boinc automatically when Windows starts.
Another way is to uninstall/reinstall BOINC, as a service install. That's the third option in the Installer. The service install will run even when no one is logged on. It does require a Windows administrator account with password, though.
