Proxy Error blocking Einstein... other projects work fine

My http/s proxy server works well with nearly every http browser and application.  With boinc I see errors when attempting to get updates from Einstein.

In the boinc logs I see my attempt to mannually update the project.

Then I get errors indicating Boinc can't access the internet.

"Boinc can't access Internet - check network connection or proxy configuration"

Moments later I see other projects like SETI@home access the internet via boinc for updates.

I don't see errors in the proxy logs or firewall logs.

My proxy is the Sophos Unified Threat Managment device.

Has anyone seen this?
