That´s the first time I have diffuculties with BOINC/Einsteim@hmome since I´m working with for 1,5 years.
I´m running BOINC 4.43 and the program haltet.
Great pleasure, I cured the problem just now! The pogram became restartet from the taskline at the lower end of the screen. It was in no way possible from the buttoms in the BOINC-Manager.

It's no bother at all. Glad you were able to get it going.
However you really need to upgrade BOINC -- 4.43 is very old. Upgrading is very easy. Just stop BOINC completely, uninstall BOINC through the Win control panel applet and then install the new version on top of what is left from the uninstall of the old version. You will lose nothing from your current set of tasks so you don't have to worry about losing work in progress or previous results.
One advantage (amongst many) will be that you will be claiming correctly. Your old 4.43 is only claiming about half what it should be claiming.
Whilst the stable version is 5.4.11, if you are feeling adventurous, try installing from the new 5.8.x developmental series. There have been a number of reports saying that 5.8.0 is working well and 5.8.1 is out now and ripe for testing.
