Not all of the work units do this but I usually have to abort the one or two a day that do get stuck. They usually stick at 99.999% when they do and I hit abort they switch to 100%.

The latest GW tasks do stick at 100% for a couple of minutes or more on slower hardware. This is normal.
Same for the GR tasks that stick at 89.997% for a couple of minutes or more on slower hardware. This is normal.
The tasks are doing followup computations with FP64 to create an ordered candidate list for the final result.

Looks like your host has has problems only with 'Gamma-ray pulsar binary search #1 on GPUs v1.22 () windows_x86_64' tasks.
There were temporary problems with that application. That situation involved everybody running a recent Nvidia GPU (like your RTX 2060 SUPER). Here's one topic regarding that problem:

edit: You should follow that instruction to allow the new v1.24 tasks. They should fix the issue. You can also abort all the current v1.22 tasks because they won't work.
