Nothing abnormal there. Just the project servicing too many connections from hosts updating and you got left out this time.
The client will reattempt the connection regularly and when the load drops you will be able to connect.

This years Boinc Pentathlon just ended and hundreds of thousands of people were crunching Einstein tasks instead of the normal few thousand or so that means they all are now aborting their existing tasks or running them to completion like I am but it mainly means ALOT of computers trying to access the same Server at the Same time, ie no blocking of IP address IMHO. I'm not sure the Project would tell us even if they were though but it would make sense to NOT block them as this is about the Science and Science trumps politics and if you guys want to contribute you should be able too.
