The above message lasted for over 6 hours even I clicked "Retry now" button several times when upload finished tasks.
The below messages are copied from "Messages" tab
Temporarily failed upload of h1_0307.60_S6GC1_651_S6BUCKETA_1_0:HTTP error
Backing off 17min 26sec on upload of h1_0307.60_S6GC1_651_S6BUCKETA_1_0
Will someone please help me to solve this problem?

This problem has just been solved, just change the internet connection model of boinc from http 1.1 to http 1.0

Can you tell me how to change the internet connection model to http 1.0? I don't see where in the BOINC client to make the change. I'm running the Windows version of BOINC. Thanks.

You need to use a client core

You need to use a client core configuration file for that, explained in full at http://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/Client_configuration.
With the following entries:

Save in your BOINC Data directory (where client_state.xml files), then make BOINC use it: BOINC Manager_>Advanced view->Advanced (menu top bar)->Read config file.
