    I had a complete hang on my Duron 1600 The notification popup for messenger was superimposed on the starsphere and nothing except a complete reboot from power off would change the display. Joy!

        Uck.

        I don't know if this is a BOINC problem, or just a fluke. Since we've had no similar reports I'm going to treat it as a fluke. But please tell us if this happens again.
