Hello.
Im running E@H in a for a long time from windows.The last 1 month I change into linux (ubuntu).I install the E@H again.The problem is that a cpu frequency monitor that i put in my panel shows that the cpu is running at 1GHz 45% of total.My cpu is AMD 3500+ single core.I check the prefs from the web site and from the programm and the settings are ok.I dont have problem with other windows pc.They are working at 100% both cores.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

Check, if Cool&Quiet is enabled in your BIOS. Deactivate, if activated.

It's easiest to do this with

It's easiest to do this with the grahical user interface ===> ./run_manager

On the command line, you can do :

boinc_cmd --project_attach http://einstein.phys.uwm.edu {auth}

In both cases you need the "authenticator" hex string that you will find in your Windows account_einstein*.xml file, if you still have it.

No! Linux and Windows GUI are identical! Use project attach wizard and provide email/password.
