Please check on workunit:

l1_0944.5_S5R1__251_S5R1a
and
l1_0944.5_S5R1__250_S5R1a

Have finished them and looking at the pending credit it seems that one computer had a download problem and it was never sent to anyother machines.

Please Check

More precise: A task from these WU have not yet been sent to other machines.
There are third tasks for these WU in the database, since the Download Error tasks have been reported. They will be sent out eventually.

I understand that but with only the completed work units from my machine and the failed download from the same machines should have triggered a download to ans other machine sonner than this, IMHO

Look at the bottom right-hand figure on the server status page - the 'oldest unsent result' is currently showing as a few minutes short of 7 days. The work you're waiting for will get sent out sometime in the next week, and returned sometime in the next fortnight, (or not, as the case may be, if it gets sent to a computer like your Celeron which does nothing with it...)

At this stage in a year-long project, it really doesn't matter which order the units are crunched in, or how long it takes to send them out. Much later, when 99% of the results are in, there will be a much more concerted effort to gather up the stragglers.

Yes, exactly right.
