I have several WUs pending that are over two weeks old. I can't seem to get them resolved by updating. The rest of the WUs, since then and now, are getting credited quickly.. Any suggestions??

This is perfectly normal.
Einstein uses a quorum system to make sure that the results returned are correct.
Sometimes your quorum partners take a while to return work units (I think you have 14 days to return a work unit before it's considered lost and resent to another computer). I looked at one computer that your paired with for one of your pending results and its average turnaround time is 6+ days.
In order to grant credit, two results have to be returned and this triggers the validator to run. If the validator determines that the two results match, then credit is granted. If not, the work unit is sent to a third computer to try and get a match.

Ahh..! I assume by 'quorum partner', that another computer processes the same WU that I do? If it hasn't completed the WU when mine does then any credits I have pending is 'on hold' till theirs is finished.
