I have a computer without connection to the internet, but fetching and reporting work on another computer and transferring the WUs to the offline computer via an usb stick works fine.
Unfortunately, this time the BOINC directory got corrupted somehow when copying it after the WUs were finished. The Einstein@Home subdirectory wasn't in BOINC\\projects, but in BOINC\\BOINC\\projects, while the BOINC client was still in BOINC.
So when I started BOINC to report the finished WUs, all files were absent. I stopped BOINC and fixed the directory structure. Then I restarted BOINC and now I have the WUs shown with status "Uploading" in the BOINC Manager and new WUs are fetched without a problem, but the output files of the old WUs are not uploaded because they're not in client_state.xml, although they're still present in the projects\\einstein.phys.uwm.edu directory.
It's a very special problem, I know, but maybe somebody has an idea how I get the results back to the server. :)
Thanks in advance.

As far as I know, there is no way to fix it. Not when the information from client_state.xml is missing. What you could've done prior to restarting BOINC after you fixed things, was delete client_state.xml and hope that client_state_prev.xml still had the information... that is the backup file after all.
But now... I don't see hope.

OK, so I'm going to abort them now so that they can be resent ASAP. Fortunately, only 4 WUs (=32 hours) are lost, last time I had 28 finished WUs, which would have been a significantly bigger loss. ;)
After deleting the results form client_state.xml, I got them back, so I'll crunch them again. ;)
Well, same problem after

Well, same problem after installing newer card. So will post here!
For now, reset the project & awaiting results.
