I don't use nvidia GPUs so I can't give specific answers to your questions. If your GPU doesn't support OpenCL, it can't be used as there are no CUDA apps currently available.
If you look at your hosts list on the website, the far right column has a link to what the scheduler sent back in response to the most recent contact that had been made. This page shows the information for the request at the time I looked - for a host that was listed as having a GTX 460 SE. It was requesting GPU work.
At the bottom of the page it shows lines that indicate that no GPU work is available for your hardware.
That could just mean that your hardware doesn't indicate an OpenCL capability, or that perhaps you don't have enough memory. That requirement used to be about 1GB but these numbers can change as the apps become more complex. Hopefully, someone using old nvidia hardware might be able to give a better answer.
Thanks. Perhaps memory. That's why I wanted to know current apps requirements for sure. I have another less than 1GB of memory GPU - so if more memory required will not spend time to replacing 460SE with another.
(and OpenCL is OK:

That depends on which work

That depends on which work units you crunch. The current Gravity waves are showing errors with NV cards with less than 4 GB.

As my GPU crunch NO units at all I more interesting in minimal requirements.
I still think 1GB cards are

I still think 1GB cards are incapable as yours reports less than that to BOINC. Only 960MB.
yep,so need smth with more

yep,so need smth with more memory for current E@h app.
