All my machines have run out of work because they are unable to upload finished WUs. Anyone else having this problem?

No problem getting BRP's or GRP's here and I just loaded close to 500 tasks

I checked yours and it seem like you have plenty on one of them and just a few on the other 3 hosts.

It depends on what your Boinc Manager is set at preferences-network usage.

But it could be that the server is waiting for you to finish the tasks you have before it send more since your quad is the one with the most work and the other dual and single core hosts are a bit slower and your single core had a few tasks that "timed out" and it still has 2 tasks to finish too.

I'm sure you know how your 550Ti runs and you should get more tasks after you finish most of the ones you already have there.

With your hosts I would have the preferences set to 1 days worth of tasks at a time to try and see if they can keep up with the due dates.

I have all of mine set at 10 days but I never give them a break and watch and make sure they are finished several days before they are due.

Hi!

In your host list I can see that you got new tasks a couple of minutes before you finished writing your message. I guess the problem (if any) has been solved?

No, te problem is still

No, te problem is still there. Nothing will upload. One WU got through and updated, but now my RAC is dropping because all the work is stuck on the machines.
Will reboot my router and see if that helps...

Hi! Experienced SAME

Hi!

Experienced SAME problem yesterday for few hours. BOINC client reported (in short):

'transient HTTP error'

My IT connection was fine, and there were also no problems with my WCG WUs being crunched together with the BRP4 GPU WUs.

I guess you've read about the validation delay for the WUs being completed on the 7., that is yesterday.

I still have most (if not all) of my WUs done on that day (around 20) on the waiting queue, but I do not experience any UPLOAD problems any-more. No 'intervention' was needed and I guess, the problem (at least for me) was somehow connected to the VALIDATION issues experienced yesterday.

There was a brief upload

There was a brief upload problem around 19:00 UTC last night, discussed in Network failure (Technical News).

The 'duct tape solution' (© BM) seems to be holding so far.

That seems to be the answer

That seems to be the answer for my brief 'difficulties'. I hope there'll be a more reliable solution available soon, because judging by the name only:

duct tape solution

, that implies to be a temporary 'fix' only and I wonder is this (and other possible issues?) connected to the fall of COMPUTING speed BELOW 1000 TFLOPS (server status page info), that was already reached and seemed to be steady and growing? I hope for the best...

Thank You and keep up with the good work (I am at almost maximum capacity, but looking at your RAC, that is currently 'mission impossible' for me :)
