That's an easy way out, but why not post what exactly your problem is? Post some of your logs, post what BOINC core client version you are using and on what OS?
Checking your computers, I see none are registered. So did you even try to attach in the correct manner?
Meaning, in Windows, you start BOINC, go to the Settings menu, Attach to Project... then in the window that opens, the URL for this project is http://einstein.phys.uwm.edu (if need be copy & paste it, make sure there are no spaces in front or behind), while the Account ID is the 32 character number you used to log in to this forum with to make your post. Also make sure there are no spaces in front or behind that one.
If you managed all that, you should get a host ID number from the server, your PC should be registered and you should get work.
If you don't, post the messages from the BOINC GUI. To do this, go to the Messages tab, click once on the first message from Einstein@Home, hold Shift while you click the last message of EInstein@Home, then rightclick, Copy to clipboard and paste here in an answer window.
Well yes that post of mine was a bit abrupt but to my mind a program such as this should need no input from the user. Ok I’ll download it again and have another go and yes I followed all the steps. The most common error was “unable to resolve URL or similar.

The unable to resolve the URL message may probably be due to the mistyping that many people do. It's einstein, not einstien or ienstein or ienstien. Hence why I said, copy the url from the email or from this page, then paste it in BOINC.
And yes, as Thierry said, make sure you can go through your firewall. BOINC uses port 80, so make sure it's available and open. If you need to use a proxy, let us know.

The lines saying you are already attached to Einstein, show it's working. You cannot attach more than once through BOINC, not even when you are using Hyperthreading.
Yet how does the log go on after 18:02:22 ?? Since to that time it shows you are trying to get work.

Looking to your PC data, there is still no PC linked to your account.
Did you already attached to the project?

Just use the Project URL like follows
http://einstein.phys.uwm.edu
and then enter your account key provided also in the e-mail you got.
Be aware of settings in Firewall and/or proxy.

The popup error window still says It's a URL issue but you can see from the log it's correct.
