Since ~Sept. 10th I only get pending credits.
The reason seems to be that the workunits crunched
successfully by my machine (with results returned
within 24 hours) are still unsent to any other
computer. I have now 12 such jobs with pending
credit worth 1,462.11 (with 3 more in progress)
and I keep dramatically loosing my RAC (from over
450 one month ago to mere 206 today).
All Einstein servers seem to be running correctly,
so -maybe - something is wrong with scheduler's logic?

This gets discussed every so often.
First off your RAC dropped some because of leveling the field of crediting between the projects. This happened over the past couple of months.
You are getting the larger WUs to crunch, and the schedule only gives the larger ones to certain machines, because of the two week deadline. Scheduling the longer units are based on time that the project is run, speed of machine, and a few other factors. So, even other faster machines get smaller units because that machine might be crunching other projects, and may not finish in time. You also have a short Cache, some people up their Cache to 4-5 days (or more), so they report slower.
You will get your credit. Your RAC should be a lot more stable now (although RAC isn't ever really stable, as it's kind of an arbitrary number).
If you look at the Status page, you will also see: Oldest Unsent Result 6 d 23 h 49 m, showing that there are results that have not been sent to a second person for nearly 7 days.
It will all get send, and all will be OK.
