Do I have a too-new version of BOINC? It just connects but it never requests new E@H WU's.

I'm using BOINC 4.40

This is one of those things I will never understand. Look here It says:
Recommended version: boinc_4.25_windows_intelx86.exe (9.57 MB)
Older version: boinc_4.19_windows_intelx86.exe (1.70 MB)
Development version: boinc_4.40_windows_intelx86.exe (6.29 MB)

And now you are wondering that it is buggy like an alpha version?

Please remove 4.30 from your computer completly
Folder and all.

Download Version 4.25.

Devals and alphas should not be used unless you understand the risk's.

who said I don't understand

who said I don't understand the risks?! I understand that alpha doesn't work once in a while, but I also understand that if I don't bring this to your attention it'll never work...

Oh, and 4.25 is crud...

I'd have stayed w/ 4.35 because it worked fine (as opposed to 4.37, 4.38, and 4.40) but E@H had to stop sending WU's to it...

Read some of the threads over on the S@H boards about how the new scheduler works.

Do a search for 4.35 and you'll find lots of info.
