my BOINC Client 6.4.5 can´t download new WU since I´ve update him today morning.
What is to do for me ?
Hi!
Following the link to your PC, it indicates that you still have 4 WUs in progress, so maybe BOINC just thinks that enought. In other words: why do you think this is a problem? Can you provide the message in the BOINC manager GUI that is displayed when you try to get new WUs (e.g. when pushing the "UPDATE" button). This message will tell us whether BOINC actually wants to download new work but fails or whether it just has enough work in the pipeline .
Ever before i had up to 10 WU´s in waiting status, now it seems, that in about 3 hours is nothing to do for my iQ9550. The update button in the PROJECT-Folder doesnt bring new WU´s.

Hi,
After you've clicked on the update button, you'll need to post the messages from Boinc Manager "Messages" window please, so we can see what Boinc is saying.
It seems like you got a few fresh WUs yesterday. The scheduler logs (see the link on the rightmost column in the hosts view of the web interface). You might want to check for free disk space which might prevent BOINC from loading a bigger batch of WUs in advance. Of course the number of WUs loaded in advance is also determined by the setting of your preferences (which instructs BOINC to load n days of work) and past performance of your host. E.g. if you stop computing for a few days BOINC will recalculate its prediction of how many WUs can be completed in n days and will be more reluctant to load WUs in advance.
Unable to download new WU's. Have no WU waiting. Get the following 2 messages when I try to Update.
"Sending scheduler request: Requested by user. Requesting 0 seconds of work, reporting 0 completed tasks"
"Scheduler request completed: got 0 new tasks"
I am now using version 6.4.5. But got the same thing with version 6.2.19.
Suggestions?
Thanks, David
Are your pc's running more than one project each? If so they may "owe" the other projects crunching time due to deadlines and something called Long Term Debt.
