Minimum Boinc version is Boinc 7.0.27, you're only running Boinc 7.0.25

See http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download_all.php. There is only the stable version 7.0.25 for Windows7 64bit. 7.0.27 did't exist, only a testversion 7.0.28.
What's that?

The (still) experimental BOINC versions > 7.0.26 are ONLY required for OpenCL AMD/ATI cards. You should be able to get CPU work from E@H for that machine, but for the particular scheduler request you mentioned in your message, the host wasn't asking the project for new CPU work:
2012-06-23 22:26:11.0636 [PID=21852] [send] CPU: req 0.00 sec, 0.00 instances; est delay 0.00
OpenCL support is a quite recent feature in BOINC, and the current official version still has some bugs wrt. OpenCL support, so atm we indeed require developer versions if you want to get OpenCL tasks.

Please reinstall Einstein.
7.0.28 (Windows7/64bit) works correct.
