    I saw where ARIN could not honor a request for an ipv4 address block, i.e., they are out. Will this force a move to ipv6 on the part of ISPs? Quite a milestone when you think about it.

      Mine, Verizon, went there awhile back, I think they still use some ipv4 stuff but they are using some ipv6 stuff too. In fact the laptop I am on right now is using both, ipv4 for my home behind my router, but ipv6 from Verizon.
