Boinc is not downloading any Einstein work units, but is downloading and running Seti.
No Messages to indicate problem with download.
It looks like Einstein is not requesting any new units.
Probably BOINC is paying back debts to SETI. They just finished a three-day outage, during which Einstein could amass a lot of computing time in favour of SETI.

Just hit the RESET PROJECT button and it is now downloading new units.
Also the CPU Fetch Work Priority number has now gone to 0 (it was -740000)
Docking has a number of -250017 but Seti has a number of 0.
Is this BONIC way of sharing out the CPU quota?.
