Although Einstein@Home program is working about every day, I do not receive any credit since months (April 2007), i.e. there is no benefit for a contribution of work to the scientific project.
I kindly demand therefore a verification of my connections and of my status with Eistein@Home.
I would appreciate a solution.
Today, the log in message I receive is the following:

You are returning errors only. More specifically:
5.10.7
- exit code -1073741819 (0xc0000005)
Read this thread where it says:
Exit code -1073741819 (0xC0000005): This is the famous "General Access Violation". There a numerous reasons for this error to occur, from hardware problems to graphics drivers and more. Ideally when this happens, the "Windows Runtime Debugger" should start up and write a stack dump to stderr out that helps to further diagnose the problem. If the "Access Violation" is listed in the "*** Dump of the Graphics thread ***", it was almost certainly a problem with the graphics driver. The most common cause for an Access Violation listed in the "*** Dump of the Worker thread ***" shows "houghmap.c:" near the end of the first line of the Callstack. This is a problem that we might be able to do something about, we are currently hunting this. Apparently it only happens on certain machines, it might be related to the data these hosts are processing, but may also be a property of the hardware or other software on the system.
If you are running Einstein with the Einstein screen saver, try to run without it, or run with a (standard) Windows screen saver that doesn't take up as much cycles. Or update your video card driver and/or DirectX version.

ANSWER
Thank you for your help and reply.
I verified the BOINC File "stderr" and this morning, 6 Sept. 2007, I receive by this file following message, which apparently do not attribute errors to the "Graphic Card" I have installed on my PC.
I would appreciate other suggestions, if possible.
Here is the result:

Just try to run without the screen saver, if only for one result. If that returns a result correctly, you and we know what to diagnose.
To run without the BOINC/Einstein screen saver, do this:
- right click on your desktop.
- properties.
- in the desktop properties screen that opens, choose the screen saver tab.
- set it to a (non 3D) Windows screen saver, or to blank screen, or to None.
- click OK on all screens to get out.
- from now on turn off your monitor when you leave the computer. (if a laptop, close the lid)

If you have some kind of problem, please elaborate. Although checking your computers you don't seem to have any attached to this project on the account you're posting with. That may be the problem in all.
