I am running Einstein on six available CPU's, along with other projects. I have been running it for over a week, yet I see no credit.
What could be the problem?

You don’t seem to have reported any results yet, from any of the four hosts on your account. E@h WUs can take quite a long time to process, especially when crunched only part-time, and BOINC won’t usually report completed tasks until it’s ready to ask for more work—unless a deadline is approaching. What do you see in BOINC Manager’s Tasks pane? On any of your hosts that show tasks with the status “Ready to report�, you can hurry things along a bit by going to the Projects pane, selecting E@h and hitting the Update button. This is not recommended as an ongoing practice, but nobody will fault you for being anxious to see your first few results as soon as possible.
In any case, please post back if you don’t seem to make any progress over the next few days.
