At the most recent Einstein server status update before this posting there show 3072 BRP6 tasks to send as of the 16 May 2015 13:05:02 UTC update, so all seems well.
I think when we got the new Arecibo data and BRP4G tasks from it, these displaced the BRP6 tasks that were already downloaded because of the shorter deadline. As a result, a lot of BRP6 tasks timed out, and so many BRP6 tasks were re-generated that the workunit generator put itself to sleep.
