What to do about GPU missing notices not able to process Einstein work?

the GPU does not support openCL, and as such will not be detected by BOINC. further, there are no projects with applications for the M1 GPU anyway.

PrimeGrid now has projects for the Apple M1 and M2 GPUs. They run fine on my MBA and mini. Apparently they are using OpenCL.
