Hello:
I replaced my hard drive (with SSD!) and when I installed Boinc/Einstein@home I received a new ID. I would like to continue to add to the old account ID 10714664. How do I add ID 3634222 to that account data?

You didn't receive a new account ID. 10714664 resp. 3634222 are Computer IDs.
You could try to merge the two IDs. At the bottom of the details page for Computer 1071464, you'll find a "Merge" link. That should do the trick. However, the combined ID will probably the newer one.
What puzzles me, though, is that ID 3634222 doesn't show up on Computers belonging to Chris.

During attach to

During attach to Einstein@home did you select "Yes, existing user"?
Do not type the Email address - copy/paste it from Your account
( Set for Einstein@home "No new tasks"
Suspend/abort unstarted Einstein@home tasks
Finish started tasks and upload + report them (press [Update])
Detach from Einstein@home and Attach again
