I'm new to all of this and am really interested but my account has been stuck at 250 credits the last two weeks even though both my phone and computer seem to be running tasks daily. Does anyone know why it seems to be "stuck"?

New to Einstein

Welcome to Einstein@Home!

Your phone got five tasks and as far as I can see from here should be crunching along on these.

Your computer does request work to run on the integrated graphics chip (intel_gpu), for which we don't have many available (I changed that just now, so you may get work for this now), but apparently has not requested work for the main processor (CPU). Are you running other BOINC projects besides Einstein@Home?

Here is a link to the tasks list of your computer. It shows only two tasks which have both exceeded the deadline of two weeks by almost a further two weeks! It would appear that your computer is no longer communicating with the project servers for some reason. You need to check what is happening on your computer - is it able to communicate with the project?

Cheers,
Gary.

Bernd, Since I am fairly

Bernd,

Since I am fairly new and don't know what I'm doing all, most of the time, I thought it best to trust the choices recommended and did not make any changes in my preferences (other than to "show computers").

I feel fortunate that they could even use me, and have been very satisfied with the format and seclectons they made for me. I thank whoever was responsible.

Maybe until one learns the ropes, allowing Einstein to choose tasks and computer times, internet connection, etc., is best.

Thank you all...

And no, I'm only running

And no, I'm only running Einstein. I wasn't sure if I should run more as I don't want to bog down my computer while doing other things.
