Does BRP now require Lion on OS X in order to run? I haven't been able to get any BRP work units since about March 4th. I have set my preferences to allow other types of WUs so I am plugging along but still no BRP. I noticed that the applications page shows version 1.34 (open-ati-lion) where before I had been using 1.33 (I think) and it was working just fine with Tiger on my Mac mini Core Duo (not Core2Duo) with BOINC 6.10.56. Thanks for any enlightenment you can provide.

New BRP requirements?

Your host isn't reporting an AMD GPU, that's why you can't get AMD OpenCL BRP work:

If you're talking about CPU BRP Wu's, you need the following two preferences enabled to get BRP4 CPU work, But according to the applications page there isn't an OS X CPU app (only for Windows x64 and Linux x64 at the moment):
Binary Radio Pulsar Search (Arecibo)

OK, thanks. I have those

OK, thanks. I have those preferences set but I don't understand why I had been able to do BRPs until March 4th and now they seem to be unavailable. The dates on the available applications show January 25th. Was the Tiger compatible version only recently removed? I also see a BRP4-cuda32OSX version but I don't know if that applies to my machine. In any case I can continue with what I have and ignore the absence of BRPs. At the moment it is just a matter of curiosity since I did not see any announcement and things had been working fine for months. Thanks again for your help.

Thanks Bernd. That answers the question. Sorry about my last post. I was about five minutes late in hitting the post button and didn't see your reply until afterwards.
