Here are a couple of problems found with 7.4.27. I use 7.4.26, and ran into the first one myself.

According to an official tester: "The "not properly fetching for a 0-resource-share project" problem has been identified, and the solution has been implemented. It will be ported to 7.4.x, and you can expect another 7.4.x public release in the upcoming weeks."
I'm guessing the other problems have been worked on also.

Otherwise, 7.4.26 (almost the same as 7.4.27) is working fine for me on six Win7 64-bit machines.
