Are you sure you didn't put Einstein to No New Work or Suspend? You can check that in the Projects tab in Boinc Manager. Select the EAH project, check on the left if you have a "Resume" button or an "Allow new work" button. If you do, press either.
If you see a message like "requesting No new work", when you update the project manually, you are running multiple projects which are now trying to catch up in CPU use. Just let it be, it'll catch up in time.

How long ago did you drop in the v5.3.11 Boinc client, and why? 5.even # are stable and approved. Was something broken in 5.2.13?

It appears Rick is using the truXoft Calibrating BOINC Core Client. If he is using the sample configuration file posted on the website, it may be why he's not getting new work.
