Tasks seem to be taking ~13500 seconds each. With a task paying 693, and 8 tasks at a time, that should be about 35.5k credits per day for an M1 Mac once the pending equalizes. Nice.
I seem to be getting two different sized tasks. Is that normal.
Yes. The workunit generator cuts the whole set of templates in equally sized chunks (=workunits), but in most cases there are a few short ones left at the end.
So far the only difference I have noticed (other then speed) between my M1 mac mini and a pretty new iMac i5 is the Starsphere in the screen saver does not display on the M1 mac mini. Both are running Big Sur 11.2.3
My M1 mac mini Avg credit hovered between 10 and 11 thousand for several days. Then started going back up. It was 17,850 this morning. I can think of a couple maybe reasons for this but I don't know enough about the neural engine or what algorithms might be in the einstein@home software
