I have run a thread in my computer, but to finish the job need coat more than 100 hours in half a month, I only can cost about 40-50 hours, how can I decrease my job?

Currently there is no way to influence the size of the workunit downloaded to your computer. If you are absolutely sure that your computer won't make the deadline, you might want to consider aborting the workunit via the Boinc manager GUI.
However, the initial estimation of the time needed to complete the workunit is far too pessimistic most of the time, given the hardware you are using I would guess that 40-50 hours should be OK. Let it run for some hours and see whether the estimated time to completion comes down. I'm quite sure your PC will be able to deliver before the deadline.
