I'm having a probelm where multiple Einsteins appear when my screen saver is on. So many, in fact, that it shuts my computer down. How do you stop more than one from popping up?
This is a bug in the present BOINC client in combination with the Einstein graphics application. The developers know about the problem and are looking for ways to fix it in a future BOINC 6 version (probably not the next one that will be released, but one after that).
The best advice for now is not to use the screen saver. To disable the screen saver in Windows, go to the properties of the display, screen saver tab, select something else than BOINC or None, Apply and OK out.
