I hope this works out. Only time will tell. MIT folks seem to have a way to use solar cells to break apart water into hydrogen and oxygen which can later be combined in a fuel cell to generate electricity. They say it is cheap and eco-friendly. Hope it works out. We need something cheap to replace fossil fuels. This looks promising..,

Just one bummer thing... the manufacture of solar cells is not all that "green" from what I know about it. On the scale that would be required to supply the world with enough solar cells, one would have to wonder what damage will be done to extract the silicon from the plant. Nothing comes easy.

Sorry let me re phrase that... Would have been a good investment their stock rocketed from $25.00 a share to $250.00
