Missing (external) credits

    Due to yet another glitch at World Community Grid, I resumed work on a couple of my hosts with Einstein@Home as the backup project.

    Beside a lot of GPU computation errors (which I mentioned in a different thread), I returned in that time what shows under  My Account as 58 valid WUs, with probably a total of about 100,000 credits.
    Yet on BOINCstats this morning, it showed only 500 credits for the last day!?!?!?!

    Any idea what is going on here? I have never seen this with E@H before, I was running it for months on several hosts when WCG was completely down during their transition and now you show the same problems that they have now for more than a week too... :(

      it's a problem with BOINCstats getting the data from einstein. nothing wrong with Einstein itself.

      and freeDC shows your credits fine the past few days (about 75,000 reported so far from yesterday and todays first stats pull).

      you should bring up the issue with whoever runs BOINCstats. they are the ones to fix this problem.

        I've reported it and commented on the issue a few days ago and have seen no response from Willy at BoincStats.

            Thanks, don't frequent FreeDC and with the large number of GPU errors I also got here, I was assuming an issue here instead... :(

              Willy has been missing from the BS forum for over a week now.  Never has responded to the several complaints about BS messing up the credit stats for the Top 100 Asteroids project users.  Just a blank page for the Top 100. But users 101 to infinity have all their stats.

              Appears no one is currently driving the BS bus.
